Job descriptionProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity within the food and beverage location. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to established protocols. Assist site personnel and visitors with security-related requests and provide information as needed. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement when necessary for incident escalation or emergency response. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Officer - Patrol Driver
As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Napoleon, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout the food and beverage production location. Your role includes providing excellent customer service, assisting employees and visitors, and communicating professionally at all times. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
