S+H Search is assisting a Massachusetts-based payroll and HR services organization in the search for a Corporate Development Manager / Sr. Manager . This hybrid role will play a key part in building out the company's high-velocity M&A function, with responsibility across sourcing, diligence, and execution.

Responsibilities
- Source and maintain a pipeline of qualified acquisition targets.
- Execute outbound outreach and lead discovery conversations with business owners.
- Track activity and maintain deal flow using CRM and pipeline tools.
- Support deal execution across diligence, modeling, and structuring.
- Represent the company externally at industry conferences and networking events.
- Partner with senior leadership on integration planning and execution.
Requirements
3-6 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, M&A advisory, or related field.Hands-on deal execution experience including diligence, financial modeling, and structuring.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with founder-led businesses.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound prospecting a plus.Why This Role?
