As Lead, Regional Marketing, you'll own regional marketing strategies across CenterWell Primary Care's Southeast, West and Central markets, driving growth, engagement, and brand consistency in diverse communities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll blend data, creativity, and collaboration to deliver tailored marketing solutions that resonate deeply with patients and caregivers.

Key Role Functions

• Strategic Leadership & Planning

Lead the development of regional marketing strategies across Southeast, West and Central regions, including emerging and established geographies.

Leverage advanced analytics, market research, and predictive modeling to uncover emerging opportunities and risks across markets.

Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise marketing, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Impact This role is critical to expanding CenterWell's reach and resonance in communities across the country. Your leadership will ensure our marketing efforts are locally relevant, brand-aligned, and strategically positioned to drive meaningful engagement and business results.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
