Job Description : We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and detail-oriented individual to join our Member Protection Team as a Fraud Prevention Specialist. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity across our systems. You'll help ensure compliance with company policies and protect the integrity of our business operations and commission structures.

Job Responsibilities :

• Identify and investigate fraudulent accounts, transactions, and credit card misuse.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Wellness Advocate Leaders to resolve fraud-related issues and provide guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of investigations, evidence, and findings.
