American Traveler is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of neuro and vascular IR experience and current ARRT-R, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Position is in an interventional radiology unit in a hospital settingDay shifts, 4x10 hours, from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PMSchedule includes required weekend and holiday shifts, as well as on-call responsibilitiesExpected to float within the specialty as neededOn-call approximately 5 shifts per 8-week schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidaysMay encounter a mix of neuro and vascular interventional radiology casesFirst-time travelers will be considered if they demonstrate a strong skill setAll candidates must be comfortable floating within scope of practice with no restrictionsLocal candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligibleReturn travelers must have been away from the system for at least 6 monthsFormer staff must have been gone for at least 12 months before returning as a travelerHoliday coverage is required as scheduled by the unitRequired to complete non-billable modules as part of onboardingMay be required to obtain CPI certification as part of complianceRTO must be declared at time of initial consideration and cannot be altered after offer\n \n Requirements\n
