What Youll Do

As our Channel Partner Program Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and executing partner-facing and internal enablement strategies that support business growth and consulting excellence. You will :

• Develop and deliver program documentation, playbooks, presentations, and training materials for both internal field teams and external channel partners.
• Design onboarding and enablement frameworks that prepare partners and consultants for successful client engagements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Operations teams to align program materials with evolving service offerings and client needs.
• Manage relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and channel collaborators to ensure strategic alignment and mutual value.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, presenting key metrics, compliance insights, and program evolution updates to stakeholders.
• Enforce compliance with partner policies, branding guidelines, and legal requirements, ensuring all materials reflect approved standards.
• Act as a liaison during partner audits and performance evaluations, maintaining transparency and accountability.
