Job descriptionRead and interpret technical drawings to determine painting requirements Prepare surfaces (blasting, sanding, putty work, etc.) Apply multi-coat systems (epoxy, polyurethane, water-based) Use plastic and fiberglass fillers when needed Operate HVLP spray guns (gravity, siphon, and pressure pot) Perform touch-up work to maintain quality finishes Monitor and maintain stock levels of paint materials Ensure all finishes meet specifications and company standards REQUIREMENTS : 2+ years of spray-painting experience Trade school completion preferred (e.g., George Stone, Locklin Tech) Knowledge of paint codes and mixing requirements Strong organizational skills and neat work habits Understanding of basic safety practices Ability to pass a background check and drug screen BENEFITS : (Available after completion of Temp period) Paid holiday, vacation, and sick leave Medical, dental and vision insurance Supplemental life and Aflac insurance Employer paid life insurance 401K with employer matching Safety shoe reimbursement PAY RATE : Starts at $22+ / hr. (Depending on your level of experience) SCHEDULE : Monday – Thursday 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (Occasional overtime as needed) REQUIREMENTS : Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
