Reservations Agent

A company is looking for a Reservations Agent to provide exceptional customer service and assist guests in booking their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with booking reservations and provide outstanding customer service

Manage reservations and ensure accurate information is relayed to guests

Work flexible hours, primarily from 1pm to 9pm, including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
