The Position

Fashion Copywriter (eCommerce)

Position Overview We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you'll help bring our products to life - crafting engaging copy for women's apparel, accessories, and footwear that captures our brand voice and excites our customers. You'll work with fun, fast-moving product every day, blending creativity with smart use of AI tools to keep our product listings fresh, optimized, and compelling.

What You'll Do

• Write engaging product descriptions for women's apparel, shoes, and accessories.
• Use AI tools to generate, refine, and optimize product copy efficiently.
• Measure, categorize, and organize product information accurately.
• Ensure all copy is SEO-optimized using relevant keywords and trends.
• Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and style across all product categories.
• Collaborate with the merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to align product copy with campaigns and promotions.
• Occasionally write short marketing copy for emails, landing pages, or social media.

At AKIRA, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. The starting pay for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 per hour and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Additional compensation and benefits may also apply and will be discussed during the hiring process.
