You will :

• Design and implement continual improvements to existing third-party due diligence program.
• Ensure the program aligns with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Regularly review and update the program to reflect changes.
• Lead or significantly contribute to the development and dissemination of internal policies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance data ethics practices.
• Evaluate third-party practices and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of third-party diligence frameworks.
• Be accountable for the due diligence assessments for third-party vendors / service providers.
• Maintain and update third-party register.
• Stay current on privacy laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Be accountable for risk evaluations and implement remediation measures.
• Be accountable for ongoing monitoring of third-party compliance.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on third-party due diligence processes.
• Provide additional Privacy & Data Ethics support as needed.

About you :

Preferred :

The approximate annual base compensation range is $113,500 to $170,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
