Overview Talent Tuesdays! We will be holding walk-in interviews on Tuesday, September 23rd & Tuesday, October 7th from 9am-7pm. Apply now and stop by then to meet the team, tour the contact center, and interview for a part-time seasonal position! We are located at 111 S. 1st Ave, Wausau, WI 54401. At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking to hire multiple part-time seasonal Customer Care Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving. This position provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make some extra money for the holidays! This is a seasonal position that will end on or before 2 / 1 / 2026 and is located on-site in our Wausau, Wisconsin office. Scheduling : Hours are available Monday-Friday between 7am-9pm. A minimum of 8 hours of availability per week is required. You would set your own availability for scheduling within these parameters. Pay rate : $16 / hour Training : You would attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8 : 00am-12 : 30pm or 4 : 00pm-8 : 30pm Monday-Friday beginning October 27.

Responsibilities : Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc. Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers

Qualifications : Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task Positive attitude Ability to be polite and professional while speaking to customers Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
