We are seeking an experienced IGA Engineer with deep expertise in the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) platform to join our Identity and Access Management team. This role will work closely with the IGA Product Owner to design implement and maintain our identity governance infrastructure ensuring secure and compliant access management across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Platform Management & Engineering
Design configure and maintain the Saviynt EIC platform to support identity lifecycle management access governance and compliance requirementsDevelop and maintain integrations between Saviynt and enterprise applications using out-of-box connectors REST APIs and custom connection configurationsCreate and optimize business logic using Saviynts rule-based framework including dynamic attributes email templates and workflow customizationsBuild and maintain automated provisioning and de-provisioning workflows for user accounts across multiple systemsConfigure and manage access request workflows approval chains and segregation of duties (SoD) rulesAccess Governance & Compliance
Implement and maintain access certification campaigns for user access reviews role reviews and privileged access attestationsConfigure analytics and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into access patterns compliance metrics and security risksDesign and implement role-based access control (RBAC) models and role mining strategiesSupport audit requirements by maintaining comprehensive audit trails and generating compliance reportsMonitor and remediate access violations orphaned accounts and policy exceptionsTechnical Integration & Development
Develop REST API commands to extend Saviynt FunctionalityCreate and maintain technical documentation including design specifications runbooks and operational proceduresTroubleshoot complex integration issues and work with Saviynt support to resolve platform defectsImplement security controls and best practices for the Saviynt platformPerform platform upgrades patches and maintenance activities with minimal business disruptionCollaboration & Support
Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to onboard applications to the Saviynt platformProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersParticipate in incident response and problem management for IGA-related issuesCollaborate with IAM architects on platform roadmap and enhancement initiativesSupport governance processes including access reviews policy development and risk assessmentsQualifications : Required :
Technical Skills
Bachelors Degree with 5 years of relevant experience Masters Degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.3 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) platformStrong understanding of identity lifecycle management access governance and compliance frameworksProficiency in SQL database concepts and data modelingExperience with REST APIs JSON and web services integrationKnowledge of authentication protocols (SAML OAuth LDAP Active Directory)Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX GDPR HIPAA etc.)Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiencesExperience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPreferred :

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
