Position Details :

Role : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Setting : Rural Health Clinic + hospital + long-term care

Schedule : Full-time, perm

Team : Join 2 Physicians & 6 Advanced Practice Providers

Support : Collaborative clinical team with adjacent diagnostics

✅ Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency)

Active IL license or willingness to obtain

Clean malpractice history preferred – No pending / probated cases
