Forward Deploy Engineer

As a Forward Deploy Engineer , you'll play a critical role in deploying powerful AI systems into production across both cloud-based and on-premise environments. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth delivery and performance for top-tier financial institutions.

This position is onsite 5 days a week in NYC.

Responsibilities :

Rapidly deploy and customize Kubernetes-based applications across SaaS and customer-managed environments

Design, deploy, and maintain AWS and / or Azure infrastructure with a focus on high availability and resilience

Implement and manage observability using tools like Datadog

Leverage Helm to manage Kubernetes clusters and streamline deployments

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation scripts (Python / Bash)

Collaborate across engineering, operations, and sales to understand customer needs and ensure successful deployments

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

1–3 years experience with AWS and / or Azure (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, etc.)

1–2 years hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production

Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools

Strong background in Linux systems and shell scripting

Solid understanding of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles

Scripting proficiency in Python and / or Bash

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
