Facilities Project Manager Needed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base

Place of Performance : On-site at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, S. Wilmot Rd., Tucson, AZ, 85708

Period of Performance : One base year period with four option year periods to follow.

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, and No Federal Holidays or Weekends.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
• Active Top Secret clearance (TS / SCI preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or base operations—preferably on DoD or federal projects such as : Air Force Civil Engineer (CE), RED HORSE, or Prime BEEF units, Navy Seabee or Army Engineer Battalion experience, and / or Federal or DoD facilities supervisor, superintendent, or maintenance manager roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and technical trades.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and construction safety practices.
• Ability to read / interpret engineering drawings and apply UFC and NFPA standards.
