We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a non-profit organization in Hyannis, Massachusetts. The role involves supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
Responsibilities :
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Manage filing systems to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.
- Answer inbound calls and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Coordinate email correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word to draft and manage communications.
- Assist in maintaining office organization and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative needs.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with answering calls and managing correspondence.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
