Join us as a Quality Control Technician for Aerospace Shipping and Receiving ! You will play a crucial role in ensuring quality standards for aluminum and magnesium castings. In this position, you will conduct both standard and complex inspections using specialized tools, and represent customer requirements throughout the inspection process.

What will you do?
- Organize and ensure all necessary equipment, materials, and documentation are ready for assigned tasks.
- Perform precision inspections to identify any casting flaws using tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
- Write and update work instructions to streamline inspection processes.
- Utilize hand tools daily and conduct various dimensional inspections.
- Provide constructive feedback to manufacturing and engineering teams based on inspection findings.
- Compile discrepancy reports and coordinate with engineers and supervisors.
- Facilitate customer visits to review inspection reports and processes.
- Ensure all shipping documentation complies with regulations and customer requirements.
- Organize and manage outgoing shipments, preparing all documentation and materials needed for safe delivery.
- Conduct compliance checks for all outgoing materials according to established company policies.
- Maintain familiarity with customs processes and required documentation.
What will make you successful?
High school diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 2 years' experience in product and document inspection.At least 2 years of shipping or warehouse experience required.Experience in international shipping.Experience in a manufacturing setting.Forklift license and preferred Class B or CDL license.Strong computer skills and attention to detail.Ability to read and interpret procedures, preparing thorough documentation as needed.What do we have to offer?
