Job descriptionOperate powered equipment to mow and upkeep lawns Gather and remove litter Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots Spread salt in common areas during the winter Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure buildings, systems, and machines are operating efficiently Diagnose heating and cooling problems and determine how to correct them Repair and clean warehouse tracks for efficient flow of freight Replace light bulbs Relocate office furniture Clean and maintain appearance of offices, common areas, and vehicles Inventory and order parts as needed Perform warehouse and related other duties as assigned Mechanical inclination is preferred Ability to work independently under minimal supervision At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cleaning, custodial, or maintenance positions preferred Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally Some overhead lifting involved Full range of motion with no limits on grasping, standing, squatting, stair climbing, walking, etc. Work environment requires time spent outdoors in changing weather elements as well as in a vehicle Ability to work with all types to freight which include, but are not limited to hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) Plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.

Job Summary
The Building Maintenance individual will maintain the appearance and function of company property and equipment.
Hours and Wages
- Monday-Friday, 6 : 00AM Start
- $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
