Occupational Therapist Role $2,000-$2,200 per week Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others? Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess residents’ functional abilities and therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their therapy goals. Provide therapeutic interventions focused on improving daily living, mobility, and functional skills. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements. Qualifications : Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Skilled Nursing Facility experience (preferred but not required).
