Position : Reach Truck Operator

Pay Rate : $14.00 / hr

Shifts : 1st Shift (4 : 30 a.m. – 1 : 00 p.m.) | 2nd Shift (1 : 30 p.m. – End of Production)

Responsibilities :

Safely operate reach truck equipment to move, stack, relocate, and count merchandise in the warehouse.

Accurately pick and stage orders for shipping, ensuring correct items and quantities.

Load and unload trucks / containers, verify freight accuracy, and perform inventory counts as needed.

Follow standard operating procedures and company policies at all times.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.

Requirements :

Must pass a Crown stand-up reach truck forklift test (reach truck certification preferred - not required).

Prior warehouse or forklift experience strongly preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
