Role : Technical Lead (JDA - Transportation Management System)

Job Description :

• Experience on JDA Transportation suite of applications – JDA Transportation Manager / Transportation Planner as a techno functional consultant and expertise in Oracle SQL, PL / SQL.
• Possessing solid experience in JDA TMS versions 8.1 / 2016 / 2017.2 / 2018 and full understanding of JDA TM / TP workflows (Operational and Financial cycles)
• Sound Understanding of JDA TMS / TP technical architecture and its implementation.
• Having good knowledge on JDA TMS ABPP modules like Freight Auction / Accrual Chain / Optimization Cockpit.
• Good problem solving skills. Have worked on several functional / technical issues in JDA via JDA cases and consultation with JDA vendor support for any product related issues.
• Experience in Incident Management / Change Management and providing Production Support for JDA TMS / TP critical issues and production errors.
• Experience in JDA patch installations.
