MMR Constructors, Inc. is accepting resumes for site QC Inspectors with strong Electrical Quality experience and industrial construction experience. Data center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
Administration of the Quality Management System (QMS) outlined in the MMR PQPRecognize quality problems and provide practical solutionsPerform periodic project jobsite audits as requiredReview drawings, specifications, approved RFIs and submittals for quality requirementsConduct and record all quality inspection and testing activities on the appropriate Inspection and Test ReportsCoordinate ITP audit, hold, monitor, and witness points with client, owner, engineer, etc. prior to inspection and / or testing activitiesPerform periodic project jobsite audits and surveillance as requiredGather records for quality Turnover Package submissionAttend required and refresher training related to company, vendor, and regulatory complianceAttend safety training as directedComply with all safety and company rules and regulationsManage and oversee QC InspectorsQualifications / Experience / Skills
8–10 years of experience in Electrical Quality Control or a similar role in industrial and heavy constructionAbility to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgment with minimal supervisionAbility to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyFlexibility and creativity in approachStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under time pressure and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededRegular and reliable attendanceMMR offers a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), 401(k) matching and numerous other voluntary benefits.
