The Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Transformation, will play a critical role in driving the success of integrating Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities’ financial models into McKesson’s enterprise ERP. This position supports strategic transformation initiatives by aligning financial strategy with operational execution, enabling scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance enterprise value. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of healthcare financial operations. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in the successful transition of SAP platforms across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Integration Strategy

  • Lead financial modeling and scenario planning for integration of all Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities into SAP S4 Hana.
  • Partner with system understanding and transformation support and operational teams to support pre-close planning, due diligence, and Day 1 readiness.
  • Develop and maintain financial templates and models tailored to Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • Collaborate with Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities, Enterprise Finance, and external partners to ensure alignment on integration goals.
  • Facilitate governance routines and cadence meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and communicate outcomes.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable financial plans and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards for tracking integration KPIs, including margin uplift, cost synergies, and working capital improvements.
  • Perform variance analysis and root cause assessments across integrated entities.
  • Support executive reporting and board-level presentations with insights on financial impact and value realization.
  • Value Creation & Optimization

  • Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement (e.g., S4, SAC, CLM) to streamline financial workflows.
  • Evaluate legacy systems and recommend consolidation strategies to reduce tech spend and improve data integrity.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance labor productivity, reduce write-offs, increase working capital, and improve forecasting accuracy.

  • Minimum Requirement

    Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Critical Skills

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation roles.
  • Experience in healthcare finance, especially physician practice or specialty care integration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP S4, SAC, and CLM.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Salary : 90,500.00 - 120,700.00 - 150,900.00 USD Annual with 15% Mip

    Our Base Pay Range for this position

    $90,500 - $150,900
