SRS Engineering, Inc. , is a growing, innovative and dynamic civil engineering consulting firm in Miami, Florida and we are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team who are passionate and take pride in their work. Our firm is renowned for quality engineering design and professional services. Currently we are working on a wide range of projects including roadways, water and sewer pipelines, pump stations, large land development, and several foreign projects. We are looking for talented and goal-driven individuals for the following positions :

Design Head, Senior Project Manager :

This is highly responsible managerial and professional position in charge of directing and coordinating the operations of the engineering design group. Must be experienced in design and project management of engineering projects, including roadways, drainage, water and sewer systems, drainage systems, and land development projects. Applicants must be very familiar with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting. Must be a licensed professional engineer (PE) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

The position requires a thorough familiarity with local regulatory and design requirements, the ability to exercise sound technical judgment on engineering issues and the ability to lead and direct multiple design projects and staff. Duties also include conducting weekly staff meetings, project scheduling, coordinate and allocate staff and company resources as needed to efficiently complete projects. Work involves providing technical expertise and guidance to staff and establish procedures as needed for the effective operation of the design group including establishing goals, objectives and work plans to ensure that results are achieved.

Position will also require constant communications with our clients and maintaining successful relationships. Must have great communications skills and comfortable dealing with people and resolving issues.

Design Civil Engineer :

Civil Engineers with experience in design and project management of local Roadway, Drainage, Water and Sewer Systems, Drainage Systems, and Land Development projects. Applicants must have experience with local regulatory agency requirements and permitting. Must be a graduate civil engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience. PE and FDOT experience a plus. The ability to work independently, managing various components of multiple engineering projects. Be proficient on AutoCAD. Great communication skills
