Account Manager Outside Sales

Overview

Construction Materials Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business as well as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales, Monday through Friday. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to generate new business leads and close deals.

Objectives of this role

• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers
