• Full-Time | Nights | Rotating Weekends Compensation : $30.34 – $41.50 / hour (based on experience) | Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance (case by case) Overview We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our collaborative respiratory care team in Sebring, FL.
• This is a full-time night shift opportunity in a 126-bed acute care hospital known for advanced technology, patient-focused emergency care, and excellence in minimally invasive procedures.
• Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRTs) will also be considered.
• Responsibilities Perform and document comprehensive respiratory assessments, including airway patency, breath sounds, and cuff pressure.
• Administer therapies such as oxygen delivery, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy.
• Assist with artificial airway placement and manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Monitor patients on ventilatory support, ensuring therapeutic effectiveness and rapid intervention when necessary.
• Respond to emergent situations, maintain airway integrity, and provide resuscitation support as required.
• Safely transport ventilator-dependent patients when needed.
