Job Overview
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract assignment. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support nursing staff in delivering quality care within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide support with mobility, hygiene, grooming, and feeding
Obtain and record vital signs
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Maintain patient comfort and safety
Document care accurately and timely
Work collaboratively with nursing and clinical teams
Follow facility policies and infection-control procedures
Promote a positive and compassionate patient experience

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 07:00 AM 03:00 PM
Contract Length: 9 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 38 per week
Requirements
Active CNA certification/license
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Every other weekend commitment required
Shared holiday coverage required
Schedule will be provided upon contract confirmation
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with facility onboarding and health requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
