Key Responsibilities

Perform in-house servicing and repair of company products at the repair site or service center

Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures

Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues

Required Qualifications

Education : Associate's Degree or High School diploma with 3-5 years of experience in a similar field

Experience in maintenance, testing, calibration, servicing, and repair

Ability to diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures

Experience in documentation related to service and repair activities
