Location : Boynton Beach, FL (In-person)

Base Salary : $40,000 – $47,500 / year (depending on experience and performance)

Schedule : Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts | Occasional weekends during holiday rushes

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate and pack jewelry orders with 100% accuracy.
  • Create a premium unboxing experience using our signature packaging — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all.
  • Ensure on-time, error-free shipping using platforms like ShipStation or Easyship.
  • Coordinate with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
  • Treat every order like a $10,000 ring (because it might be).

Requirements :

  • Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done.”
  • Polished presentation skills with an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal.
  • Familiarity with shipping / label software (a plus, not required).
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with delicate items.
