Join the All Star team and lead the charge in keeping homes and businesses pest-free! We're looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Pest Control Technician to take ownership of daily service operations and help drive our growing company forward.

What You’ll Do :

Ensure safe, effective, and compliant application of pest control treatments

Manage time to meet daily service routes

Maintain a positive attitude and show up ready each day

Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve client concerns professionally

Maintain accurate records of services and follow-ups

What We’re Looking For :

• 3-5 Years minimum pest control experience

Strong technical knowledge of pest control methods and best practices

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven ability to work independently. mindset

Highly organized with attention to detail

Valid driver’s license and applicable pest control certifications (or willingness to obtain)
