Job Details

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial insights and projections to support the company's decision-making processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial models to help the retail company achieve its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting process
• Build and maintain financial models utilized for decision support.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and support business initiatives.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc analysis and special projects.
• Familiarity with data query / data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects, PowerBI,)
