You understand what truly drives results and can build just enough to demonstrate value quickly. / ph3What You Will Do / h3ulliBuild and ship Marketing MVPs of growth experiments using tools like Clerk Chat, Clay, Make, or custom scripts without needing support from Engineering. / liliLeverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to stitch together growth infrastructure that scales smarter. / liliCollaborate with design, product, and data science to test and refine ideas that unlock new growth levers. / li / ulh3What You Will Need / h3ulli3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a comparable role, preferably within a B2B tech setting. / liliSkilled in using growth automation and growth-hacking tools such as Clay, Make, or similar automation platforms / liliProven experience driving user acquisition and scaling marketing efforts in fast-moving environments / liliHas created innovative, creative marketing campaigns from end to end - not just execution, but full creative strategy and implementation / liliHas owned a growth agency before, has entrepreneurial experience scaling marketing for multiple clients / li / ulh3Nice To Have / h3ulliFamiliarity with early-stage startup environments and passion for building from scratch / liliComfort with AI, LLMs, or conversational automation tools / liliTrack record of viral marketing moments or trending content / li / ulh3Clerk Chat Provides Several Benefits / h3ulliCompetitive compensation and equity packages / liliHealth, dental, and vision insurance / liliFlexible vacation time (Unlimited PTO) / liliLunch in the office / lili401k with 4% match / li / ulpThe annual base pay range for this role is : $140,000 - $180,000. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in this compensation package and believe all employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.
