Here's what we're looking for:

1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program.

2. A current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.

3. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with policies and procedures.

5. Experience in Home Health Therapy and completion of OASIS documentation is preferred.
