Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.

Comply with agency protocols, quality assurance measures, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Participate in professional training, meetings, and continuing education to maintain best practices.

Uphold organizational policies, standards, and core values at all times.
