Responsibilities
- To become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of the Company's computer systems to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal and external customers.
- To represent the Company consistently and positively to customers in line with the Customer Care Requirements.
- To always maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers.
- To ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
- To assist project Design Engineer with technical design tasks.
- To produce project design documentation in line Company SMP's and ensure correct use of cloud files.
- To attend internal coordination / design meetings.
- To issue project documents to internal / external CDE's for approval.
- To monitor CDE's and liaise with stakeholders to capture project changes / instructions.
- To produce design deliverables in line with project programs.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
