A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work rotating weekends in telemetry / progressive care unit on 6th floor
• 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Call requirements included
• Floating as needed to other units
• Must have 2 years hospital experience and 2 years specialty experience
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, active Texas RN license
• MEDITECH experience preferred
• Telemetry / PCU / Stepdown experience preferred
• Use MEDITECH documentation system
• Dress code : Royal blue scrubs required
• Nail policy : Clean and healthy nails only, no artificial nails, gel, or extensions
• Hair must be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors, pulled back if shoulder length or longer
• Tattoos should be covered whenever possible
• Visible piercings other than ears prohibited
