About The Position

📌 Position : Monitoring Technician

💲 Pay Rate : $30 / hr

📍 Locations :

🕒 Shift Options :

Various shifts available (Day, Evening, Night – including 4x10s and 5x8s)

If you prefer a fixed schedule or weekend rotations, we can discuss options!

📅 Training :

  • Onsite Day Shift (approx. 3–4 weeks)
  • 12-week onsite ramp-up, followed by hybrid schedule
  • Candidates applying for night shifts must be open to training during the day

    Job Requirements

  • ️ Requirements :
  • High School Diploma or GED

    • Any one of the following certifications is required :

  • CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician)
  • CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician)
  • RN (Registered Nurse)
  • EMT / Paramedic with current ACLS certification
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS)
  • Comfortable with online training platforms (e.g., Google Classroom – a plus, not mandatory)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • ECG monitoring and rhythm analysis
  • Reporting and documenting ECG data
  • Patient interaction and notification protocol
  • Customer service and technical troubleshooting
