Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Roll Specialist to join our production team. This role is responsible for crafting high-quality pre-rolls, ensuring consistency, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cannabis production, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier products to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately weigh, grind, and roll cannabis flower into pre-rolls.

Ensure all pre-rolls meet quality and consistency standards.

Operate and maintain pre-roll production equipment.

Package and label pre-rolls according to regulatory guidelines.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Track and record production data for inventory management.

Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in cannabis production or manufacturing preferred.
