We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our established practice in Seminole, Florida "conveniently located near Clearwater (9 miles), downtown St. Petersburg (15 miles), and Tampa (25 miles).

Position Overview :

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. start, with last patient typically scheduled between 4 : 00-4 : 30 p.m.

Future flexible scheduling may include 1-2 Saturdays / month (half-day shifts), with a weekday off in exchange.

Supported by an experienced Optical Tech team, Eye Care Professionals, and Licensed Dispensing Opticians (LDOs)

Ideal for candidates seeking a collaborative, well-supported work environment.

This is a retail location.

Option to work as a Super Tech in our Pinellas County locations for those awaiting licensing completion.

Compensation & Benefits :

Monthly bonus potential of $800 to $1,000 from optical product sales (glasses, contacts, etc.).
