Web Experience Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Web Experience & Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and user experience for the university's website to support enrollment goals and enhance digital presence

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to guide web projects and improve site performance

Utilize user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvements and ensure website accessibility and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in User Experience (UX), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Technology, or a related field; or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience

Considerable knowledge of communications, marketing, and branding principles

Working knowledge of web standards, accessibility needs, and user interface / experience design

Experience with content management systems and web technologies

Some experience in managing website content and leading a team
