A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to enroll or reauthorize individuals in the food box program
Assist members in making healthcare decisions to enhance their experience
Make a positive impact on individuals' lives through healthcare support
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong computer experience, including data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Word
Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
Willingness to travel to New York City for a training session
