Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Manager of Insurance Reporting & Analytics to lead a cross-functional team supporting actuarial, accounting, and FP&A functions. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment cross functionally. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data analytics, a working knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience partnering with actuaries. They will also play a key role in audit readiness by working closely with internal and external auditors on critical audit items. This position includes direct management of one team member.

What You'll Do

Lead the Insurance Reporting & Analytics function, managing one direct report and collaborating across actuarial, accounting, and FP&A teams

• Build and maintain analytical models to support pricing, reserving, and financial forecasting
• Translate complex actuarial and financial data into executive-level reports and dashboards
• Partner with actuaries to assess reserve adequacy as well as future rate setting
• Apply accounting principles to validate assumptions and ensure financial data accuracy
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address critical audit items and ensure compliance
• Ensure data integrity across systems and streamline reporting processes
• Identify opportunities to improve analytics tools, workflows, and team capabilities

The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 - $120,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
