The Essential Functions of this position are :

- Identify, evaluate and provide speech intervention for impacted students.
- Develop goals, objectives and treatment plans that suit individual student needs within a diverse population.
- Keep detailed records relating to students’ assessments, IEPs and progress.
- Ensure the highest standards of student care by collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Report progress and interpret assessment results to stakeholders, including but not limited to, school districts, SPED / BCBAs and family members.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team environment, including but not limited to SPED teacher / BCBAs, Behavior Specialists to develop and implement comprehensive IEPs across school locations.
- Maintain compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the SLP field and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Fulfill hours as assigned by IEPs.
- Other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications and requirements :
