The Essential Functions of this position are :

• Identify, evaluate and provide speech intervention for impacted students.
• Develop goals, objectives and treatment plans that suit individual student needs within a diverse population.
• Keep detailed records relating to students’ assessments, IEPs and progress.
• Ensure the highest standards of student care by collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Report progress and interpret assessment results to stakeholders, including but not limited to, school districts, SPED / BCBAs and family members.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team environment, including but not limited to SPED teacher / BCBAs, Behavior Specialists to develop and implement comprehensive IEPs across school locations.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the SLP field and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Fulfill hours as assigned by IEPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
