We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer for our Corporate Office located in Raleigh, NC.

PURPOSE : The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) provides strategic leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of technology systems that support the organization’s mission, 5-year strategic goals, and operations. The CTO ensures that technology resources are aligned with organizational priorities, promotes innovation, enhances data security, and supports efficiency across the organization.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

Education and Experience : Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with a minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior technology leadership role. Experience with nonprofit or federally funded programs is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Ability : Proficient with Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, and cloud-based platforms. Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated understanding in AI and automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual processes. Ability to communicate complex technology concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Balance innovation with risk management to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions. Ability to lead teams, manage multi-site IT operations, and vendor relationships effectively. Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
