Automation Manager Requirements :
- 5+ years in automation / robotics or related field, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience with robotics and automation
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier environments preferred
- Experience in production atmosphere – management experience strongly desired
- Effective and competent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to deal with employees, customers, and suppliers
- Technical certification desired
- Knowledge of CAD applications and blueprint interpretation required
- Ability to coordinate and manage any manufacturing activities
