As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with personnel and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $18.80 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 06 : 30 AM - 05 : 30 PM

Tue 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or incidents. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or incidents to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as directed.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required by site procedures.

Support emergency response protocols, including assisting with evacuations or other procedures as directed by site management.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents within the location.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
