Position Overview :

  • Leadership Role : As the Division Head of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the division.
  • New Behavioral Health Facility : Join a forward-thinking organization that has announced plans to build a state-of-the-art, 144-bed behavioral health facility, scheduled to open in the spring of 2025.

The facility will include 24 inpatient beds dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of children and adolescents.

  • Responsibilities : Bring your proven administrative and leadership experience to effectively inspire, manage, mentor, and develop faculty and staff within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division.
  • Preferred Experience and Skills :

    • 8 years of experience in the psychiatry field, showcasing your depth of knowledge and expertise.

  • Appropriate qualifications for an Associate Professor of Psychiatry or a higher academic rank, highlighting your commitment to academic excellence.
  • Experience working in an academic healthcare setting, fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Clinical research background is preferred, emphasizing a commitment to advancing mental health through research initiatives.
