Patient Care Specialist

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

Verify insurance and collect co-pays and other payments.

Assist with intake forms and ensure accurate patient records.

Answer multi-line phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.

Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to support daily clinic operations.

Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.

Exhibit dependability and consistency, showing up ready to work each day.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting.

Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and EMR systems is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional reliability and attendance record.

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to hire.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
