Registered Nurse (RN) - IDD / DD

A leading healthcare facility in Woodland Hills, CA, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing critical nursing services to residents in a group home, with flexibility to assist in other programs as needed.

About the Opportunity :

Hybrid or Remote : On-site

Shift : Day Shift

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Setting : Residential healthcare facility

Responsibilities :

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for :

Providing a minimum of 1.0 or 1.5 hours of nursing service per week per individual supported

Assessing individuals' health problems and coordinating continuing care

Serving as Charge Nurse and supervising LVN responsibilities

Developing and implementing Nursing / Health Care Plans

Ensuring adherence to nursing standards of practice

Qualifications :

At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN

Graduate of a Board of Registered Nursing approved school

Current California Registered Nurse's License

Possess supervisory and management skills

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Valid California Driver License

Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Excellent organizational skills
