We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Assistant / Junior Recruiter to join our growing team in the San Antonio office of Burnett Specialists. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in recruitment and staffing and is seeking a training opportunity to learn staffing and recruiting. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles while assisting the recruitment team in daily operations, while learning to grow our client base as well.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and job specifications.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters.
• Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job portals.
• Research and contact existing and new prospects for expanding client base of companies utilizing our outstanding placement services.
